Professional Experience Since 1984, the principal of
the firm, attorney David A. Solitare, has practiced law in the
corporate and business financial planning arenas, particularly
in connection with tax-sensitive contract drafting
and review.
He has a strong background in tax
planning for individuals and corporations,
and significant
experience in estate planning for high net worth individuals,
wills, probate, trust administration, and business entity formation.
He has represented individuals and companies
before the IRS, the U.S. Tax Court, and state and local tax agencies.
His major projects have included limited partnership and real estate
syndications (including a major private resort hotel acquisition),
and purchases and sales of closely-held businesses.
Mr. Solitare also has two years of tax accounting experience with
the tax department of the international accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers,
in their Los Angeles office.

Of Counsel Associate
Professional Experience Mr. Balikian is of counsel
to the firm and has over 22 years experience in the areas
of estate planning, post-death estate administration, business
formation and representation, real estate and tax.
While in law school, Mr. Balikian
served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Lynn Compton
in the Second Appellate District of the California Court
of Appeals.

SHARON M. CORYELL
Probate Paralegal
Ms. Coryell has over 25
years experience and concentrates her practice in the areas
of probates, conservatorships, guardianships and trust administration.
She received her Bachelor's
degree in Political Science from Louisiana State University
and her paralegal certificate from California State University,
Los Angeles. Ms. Coryell is a member of the Beverly Hills
Bar Association and the Los Angeles Paralegal Association.
Ms. Coryell is married
with two adult children and lives in West Los Angeles, California.
JEANNE E. BETZENDORFER
Trust Administration Paralegal
The most recent addition to our
firm, Ms. Betzendorfer has 20 years experience in the legal
field and is currently licensed to practice law in the State
of Washington. While in Washington, Ms. Betzendorfer focused
her practice in the business, real estate and probate areas.
Ms. Betzendorfer also was appointed and acted as a Judge
Pro Tem in the Pierce County District and Superior Court.
Ms. Betzendorfer currently
assists the firm in the areas of trust administration, business
and real estate. Ms. Betzendorfer received a Bachelor's degree
in Communication and Journalism from Gonzaga University. She
received her Juris Doctor from the University of Puget Sound
School of Law.
Ms. Betzendorfer is a Past
President of Washington Women Lawyers, Past Trustee and Committee
Chair of the Tacoma Pierce County Bar Association, Past Section
Trustee of the Washington State Bar Association and past member
of the Board of Directors of the Pierce County and Conejo
Valley YMCA. Ms. Betzendorfer developed and taught numerous
real estate courses while practicing in Washington State.
Ms. Betzendorfer is married
with three children and resides in Westlake Village, California.
DAVID A. BROTMAN
Corporate Paralegal
Mr. Brotman has over 15
years experience and concentrates his practice in the areas
of corporate compliance and real estate. Mr. Brotman also
has extensive experience representing financial institutions
in all phases of bankruptcy.
He is a graduate of Watterson
College and is a Certified Paralegal.
Prior to pursuing his legal
career, Mr. Brotman served as a member of the Underwater Demolition
Team of the United States Navy SEAL unit stationed in the
Philippines. While in the SEALs, Mr. Brotman was designated
an Operation Specialist and successfully completed all training
in Special Warfare.
Mr. Brotman enjoys weightlifting and golf. He is married
with two children and resides in Canoga Park, California.
